1) Socialism-
Broadly speaking, socialists think that workers "proletariate" suffer the most under capitalism, since the working class is seen only as merchandise interchangeable just as the labor force. Conditions are to be set in order to incorporate social benefits/demands and more equal practices for making work a broader human activity.
The socialist system tries to conceive labor with human capital or utopic idealist as well as humanist connotations. In other words, the development of a place of work also needs to be placed with conditions where people can develop their human dignity and can find self-realization.
