Crows\ have\ 2\ legs\\ Cows\ have\ 4\ legs\\\\ x-\ amount\ of\ crows\\ x-5-\ amount\ of\ cows\\\\ 2x+4(x-5)=52\\ 2x+4x-20=52\\ 6x-20=52\ \ \ | add\ 20\\ 6x=72\ \ \ | divide\ by\ 6\\ x=12\\ x-5=12-5=7\\\\ There\ are\ 12\ crows\ and\ 7\ cows.
