A stegosaurus dinosaur is about 15/12 as tall as an ankylosaurus. A stokesosaurus dinosaur is about 8/12 as tall as an ankylosaurus. The ankylosaurus is about 11 feet tall. Which dinosaur is the tallest? Shortest? Explain.

In order to determine which dinosaur is the tallest, consider that number 15/12 is a number greater that fraction 8/12. It can be noticed in the fact that both numerators are different while the denominators are equal.

Then, 15/12 is greater than 8/12, and the stegosaurusis the tallest.
