Can someone answer this for me 3x - 9 - 6x + 8 = 2 + 6 - 5x

3x - 9 - 6x + 8 = 2 + 6 - 5x.....first we simplify
-3x - 1 = 8 - 5x
-3x + 5x = 8 + 1
2x = 9
x = 9/2 or 4 1/2

If you want me to solve for x then x = 9/2
