If you would like to solve 11 - 4x - 3jx = w for x, you can do this using the following steps:
11 - 4x - 3jx = w
11 - w = 4x + 3jx
11 - w = x * (4 + 3j)
x = (11 - w) / (4 + 3j)
The correct result would be
x = (11 - w) / (4 + 3j).
