A(x_A;\ y_A);\ B(x_B;\ y_B).\\\\Distance\ d\ between\ A\ and\ B:\\\\d=√((x_B-x_A)^2+(y_B-y_A)^2)

P(-4;\ 3);\ Q(6;\ 1)\\\\|PQ|=√((6-(-4))^2+(1-3)^2)=√(10^2+(-2)^2)=√(100+4)\\\\=√(104)=√(4\cdot26)=\sqrt4\cdot√(26)=2√(26)

The distance between P ( -4, 3) & Q (6,1)

PQ = √(104) = 10.2

So, 10.2 is your answer
