The chances is 7% that you will pick a left-handed senior. The total is 200, and there are 14. Divide both by 2, and you get 7/100. Therefore, it is 7%.

There are several information's of immense importance that are already provided in the question. Based on those information's the answer can be easily deduced. Let us get down to solving the problem now.
Total number of students in the school = 36 + 14 + 44 + 106
= 200
Number of left handed senior = 14
Then
Probability of
choosing a
student who is a left-handed senior = 14/200
= 7/100
= 7 percent
