Sandra has a family history of osteoporosis. Her doctor advises her to eat foods rich in calcium. Which foods should she add to her diet?

If Sandra's doctor has advised her to add a lot of calcium to her diet, she can do so with a variety of these. The best option would be a cup of milk, with 300mg of calcium per portion, but other dairy products will also help greatly contribute. Leafy greens are also a good idea, products that are particularly high in calcium include Kale, Broccoli and watercress.
