additive inverse means that the numbers that when added will equal to 0
so :
1.25 + x = 0
x = -1.25
meanwhile, multiplication inverse means if multiplied, the numbers will equal to 1
So :
1.25 x = 1
x = 1/1.25
x = 0.8
Hope this helps
