There are 6 numbers on a die. Three of them, 1, 3, and 5, are odd. Three, 2, 4, and 6, are even. If you roll the dice, You have a 50/50 chance of rolling an odd number because there are three, the same number as even numbers.
Hope this helps!

Since there are 3 odd numbers on a fair die, that will be our numerator.
Since there are 6 faces on a fair die, that will be our denominator.
The answer is 3/6, but that can be simplified to 1/2, so the answer is
1/2
. :)
Hope this helps!
