False ,Apple had its own version and there was a non-apple card that eventually allowed it to run CP/M.

The answer is False.

Most of the Apple Mac computers today, run with the same internal hardware as the windows PC. However, it is false to say that the Apple II is an IBM compatible PC ‘clone.’ The Apple II had its own DOS. It did not use any parts similar to that of IBM’s personal computers. Apple II also had completely different motherboard designs and processors.
