The outdoor temperature was 8 degrees at midnight. The temperature declined 5 degrees during each of the next 3 hours. What was the temperature at 3 A.M.?

-7 degrees because it would be 8 degrees and subract 5+5+5 (which is 15) degrees from 8 and its -7 degrees

The time at mid-night is 12AM.

Then , the new cycle of hours starts, after 1 hour time the new time will be 1 AM , after 2 hour the new time will be 2 AM, and after 3 hours from midnight the new time is 3AM.

Since, The temperature declined 5 degrees during each of the next 3 hours.

Then, the temperature at 3 A.M. =
