540 is the answer because the doubled the first number to get the second number and multiplyed that by 3 to get the third number

Let


a1=5 \\ a2=10\\ a3=30\\ a4=60\\ a5=180

we know that


(a2)/(a1) = (10/5)=2 \\ a2= a1*2


(a3)/(a2) = (30/10)=3 \\ a3= a2*3


(a4)/(a3) = (60/30)=2 \\ a4= a3*2


(a5)/(a4) = (180/60)=3 \\ a5= a4*3

The pattern is times two then times three then times two then times three

so

the sixth term will be


a6=a5*2


a6=180*2=360

therefore

the answer is


360
