The answer is 16.
First of all, you need to divide 4 by 1/4.
4/1 / 1/4 = 1.
15 - 1 + 2
Next, you go from left to right with addition and subtraction, so subtract 1 from 15 first.
15 - 1 = 14
14 + 2
Finally, add 14 and 2.
14 + 2 = 16.
