Answer:

\rightarrow (a^(-1))/(b^(-1)* √(a))\\\\\rightarrow \frac{a^(-1)}{b^(-1)* a^{(1)/(2)}}\\\\\rightarrow a^{-1-(1)/(2)} * b^1\\\\=a^{(-3)/(2)} * b\\\\\rightarrow ca^pb^q=a^{(-3)/(2)} * b\\\\c=1\\\\p=(-3)/(2)\\\\q=1

So the problem ask to calculate and covert the said equation or expression to the form of ca^pb^q where as all of the variables is a number. So base in that information and following some formula, the answer would be a^(-3/2)b. I hope you are satisfied with my answer
