The answer is 4 x^2y. I cannot explain to you how I know I'm right. I'm the type of person who HAS to do the work in their head . I am a very experienced person in any Mathematics area. I am NOT saying I'm an expert , but it is one of my strongest subjects .

Answer:

4y

Explanation:

Parenthesis means they are multiplied , so writing all the top(numerator) values in top and bottom(denominator) values in bottom we get

(-2*5y*(-2x))/(5x)

simplify by cancelling the common factor 5 and x from top and bottom

we get

4y
