(-3x^3y^2)(5xy^(-1))=(-3\cdot5)(x^3y^2\cdot xy^(-1))=-15x^(3+1)y^(2+(-1))=-15x^4y

(-3x^3 y^2)(5xy-1)
Taking variables and coeffecients to one side:
{(-3)(5)} {(x^3 * x)} {(y^2 * y^-1}
{-15} { x^3+1} { y^2-1}
{-15} {x^4} {y^1}
-15x^4y
So according to above explanation.
c.) -15x^4y^ , is the correct answer.
