since (-6.4, -2.6) and (5.2, 9) are points of the line then the slope m=1=(9+2.6)/(5.2+6.4)

then the equation in slope point form is


y-9=x-5.2\Rightarrow y=x+3.8

then the final answer will be y=x+3.8
