y=mx+b
11x-2y=-6
subtract 11x to both sides
-2y=-11x-6
divided -2 to both sides
y=11/2x+3

The slope intercept form is
y=ax+b
So
11x-2y=-6 /+2y
11x=2y-6 /+6 both sides
11x+6=2y (changing sides)
2y=11x+6 /:2 divide by 2 both sides
y=
- its the result
