The lateral surface area of the triangular prism is 144 sq

Here, we want to calculate the lateral surface area of the triangular prism

We proceed as follows;

The formula to use is;

A\text{ = (a + b + c)h}

From the question;

h = 8 cm

a = 5 cm

b = 5 cm

c =6 cm

Inserting these values into the equation, we have;

\begin{gathered} A\text{ = (5+5+6)8} \\ A\text{ = 16 }*\text{ 8} \\ \\ A=128cm^2 \end{gathered}
