Hello,

y=3x-15
inverse x and t ==>x=3y-15
Solving y==>y=(x+15)/3=x/3+5
==> N(a)=a/3+5

Answer: The equation of the inverse function would be

N(a)=(n+15)/(3)

Explanation:

Since we have given that

A(n)=3n-15

Let A(n) = y.

So, it becomes,

y=3n-15\\\\y+15=3n\\\\(y+15)/(3)=n

Now, replace y with n and n with N(a).

N(a)=(n+15)/(3)

Hence, the equation of the inverse function would be

N(a)=(n+15)/(3)
