Tha'ts False since a dilation is a process and not a point

B. center of rotation

This one would be the best answer since represent the point where the figure is rotated

C. scale factor

That's not correct the scale factor is not associated to the center of the rotation point

D. center of dilation

False the dilation is a different process respect to the rotation

E. option 5 ​

This option is not a good one
