a^(n)/(m)=\sqrt[m]{a^n}\\---------\\\\(-64)^(2)/(3)=\sqrt[3]{(-64)^2}=\sqrt[3]{-64}\cdot\sqrt[3]{-64}=-4\cdot(-4)=16
