3(4)/(5)\text{ milliliters of ink -----2}(2)/(4)\text{ reams}
(19)/(5)\text{ milliliters of ink -----}(10)/(4)\text{ reams}

I converted the integer part to a fraction

2\text{ reams =}\frac{2\text{ }(19)/(5)}{(10)/(4)}=(76)/(25)=3.04
