Evaporation is the process in which a liquid vaporizes into a unsaturated gaseous phase. Another well known process of vaporization is boiling. The only option that causes less water vapor production is a decreased in evaporation. This option is also the only one that doesn't involve human interaction since the movement of water to new locations can be both human involved and non human involved.
