in order to convert a percentage to fraction and decimal notation, we just need do divide it by 100
The fraction would be : 3.2 / 100
The decimal notation would be : 3.2/100 = 0.032
hope this helps

3.2% ...to get a percent to a decimal, divide by 100
3.2/100 = 0.032 <== ur decimal
0.032...the last digit (2) is in the thousandths place...so put the 32 over 1000.
32/1000...which reduces to 4/125 <== ur fraction
