7.25\cdot m+188.5\ge435

In the inequation above 7.25*m is the calories burned in the elliptical machine and 188.5 burned lifting weights.

Solving the inequation for m:


\begin{gathered} 7.25\cdot m+188.5\ge435 \\ 7.25\cdot m\ge435-188.5=246.5 \\ m\ge(246.5)/(7.25) \\ m\ge34 \end{gathered}

So, Grant have to run at least 34 minutes to fullfill his goal
