For the past month, you have gotten into a good routine of going running three to four times per week and doing strength training at least two times per week. The only problem is that you always run out of time and forget to stretch. What consequence might you experience over time?

You can have tightened muscles, for one. and you could also pull muscles, and also have pains or muscles spasms.
