What is the only forensic evidence that experts agree to be 100 percent accurate?

I believe the answer is: crime being committed in court, in fro nt of the judge and jury.

The evidences that are found on the crime scene could either be misinterpreted or fabricated by other parties. Because of this, there would always be a chance that the court could deliver the wrong decisions , regardless of how 'strong' the evidence may look.
