The product of a whole number with a fraction is equal to the another fraction whose numerator is equal to product of numerator of original fraction and whole number and denominator remain same as original fraction. For example,

\begin{gathered} (2)/(3)\cdot4=(2\cdot4)/(3) \\ =(8)/(3) \end{gathered}

So complete paragraph is,

When you multiply a FRACTION by a whole number, the denominator in the product is the same as the DENOMINATOR of the fraction. The numerator in the product is the PRODUCT of the whole number and the NUMERATOR of the fraction.

(Letter in CAPS represents the fill up).
