we are given with the rectangle shaped deck which has a width of 29 feet and a perimeter of 134 feet. the perimeter of a rectangle is equal to twice the sum of length and width. hence the equation goes :

134 ≤ 2* (29 + L)
67 ≤ 29 + L
38 ≤ L

length should be greater or less than 38 feet
