Part a)

From the word problem and the graph, we can make the following table.

Part b)

As we can see, the warmest month in Albany is the seventh month, July.

Part c)

We know that a function increases on an interval if the function values increase as the input values increase within that interval.

Similarly, a function decreases on an interval if the function values decrease as the input values increase over that interval.

Graphically:

As we can see, the temperature increases between January and July, and decreases between July and December.
