5x + 2y = 15
y = -3x - 2......so sub in -3x - 2 in for y in the other equation
5x + 2(-3x - 2) = 15
5x - 6x - 4 = 15
5x - 6x = 15 + 4
-x = 19
x = -19
y = -3x - 2
y = -3(-19) - 2
y = 57 - 2
y = 55
so ur solution is (-19,55)
