On my key-board what key will I use to type (x to the fourth power?) and also what keys do I use to set up a fraction?

You put ^ and then the sign. For example, if you wanted to write 8 to the power of 4, you would put "8^4" Btw, the ^ is typed by hitting shift and then 6

so when clicking the answer button, when you can type, look at the bottom left,

you can see 4 symbols: B, pi, omega, and a paperclip
B is bold
pi is insert equation
omega is symbols
paperclip is attachment

you click on the pi symbol
then experiment

if you don't want nice script
use the ^ sign for x^4 (it is above teh 6 key for me, press shift)
