True/Cierto because one way it could answer how much, this could be one possible answer: totally. This sentence represents the way it could be used: After the trip, I was totally exhausted. But there may be a difference because spanish is different to english, so it may be true or false in spanish. Es cierto en el lenguaje de ingles, pero en español, puede que tenga differencia.

The answer for this is true. Adverbs can answer the questions how or how much. It is one of the way that we could answer how or how much something is. It qualifies an adjective, verb or another adverb expressing a relation of place, time, manner, degree, etc.
