Bill bought a new cellular phone. His monthly bill will be $34.99 each month which includes 100 minutes of use. Additional minutes will cost $0.23 per minute. Write an equation that represents the cost of the bill C in terms of m, which is the number of minutes used ABOVE the 100 that are included in the base price.

Let c be total cost, while m is the minutes above the base minutes;
C=34.99+0.23*m
C=34.99+0.23m
Note, m= total minutes - 100
