\text{Molarity (}(mol)/(L))\text{ = 0.700 M = 0.700 }(mol)/(L)=\text{ }\frac{mass\text{ of CuNO3}}{\text{molecular mass of CuNO3 x volume of solution(L)}}

Molecular mass CuNO3 = 125.55 g/mol

Then you have to clear the volume from the formula:

\begin{gathered} M\text{ = }\frac{mass}{\text{molecular mass x }V(L)} \\ M\text{ x V(L)}=\frac{mass}{\text{molec. mass}} \\ V(L)=\frac{mass}{\text{molec. mass x M}}=\frac{2.09\text{ g}}{125.55\frac{g}{\text{mol}}x0.7(mol)/(L)}=\text{ 0.023 L of solution} \end{gathered}

Answer: Volume = 0.023 L solution = 23 mL of solution
