What usually comes at the end of a workout? a specific warm-up a general warm-up a nap a cool-down

^no it's a cool down. In the beginning you do a warm up to get your heart beat up and at the end you wouldn't need to do another warm up. You're done so what would you be warming up for? You'd do a cool down to help your body relax which would include stretches to prevent injuries.
