False- the tú form of an -ar verb always ends in the letters "as". The ellos/ellas/ustedes form of an -ar verb end in "an".

For this case the given statement is false.

It is enough to choose a single verb with "ar" ending to prove it.

We have the following verb:

Jugar

The conjugation of the verb in Spanish is given by:

Yo juego

Tú juegas

El/Ella Juega

Nosotros jugamos

Ustedes juegan

Ellos/Ellas juegan

We note that for the personal pronoun "you" the conjugation of the verb in present simple does not end in "an"

Answer:

false: The “tú” form of any –ar verb always ends in the letters "an."
