A function is a process or a relation that associates each element x of the input set to a single element y of the output set.

Note that table T associates two different outputs (5 and -5) for the same input x = 4.

As a function can associate the same y-values (or different ones) for different x-values, all the other tables represent functions.

Therefore, only table T represents a relationship that is not a function.
