There is no irrational number between 9 and 10
This is so because any number that one can conceive between 9 and 10 will be some fraction (it will be more than 9 and less than 10)
But if a number can be written with definitive fractional form has to be rational
So any intermediate number between 9 and 10 is never irrational.
