The given equation is

$G(h+(2)/(3))=1_{}$

First, we divide both sides by G.

$(G)/(G)(h+(2)/(3))=(1)/(G)\Rightarrow h+(2)/(3)=(1)/(G)$

Then, we subtract 2/3 from each side.

$h+(2)/(3)-(2)/(3)=(1)/(G)-(2)/(3)\Rightarrow h=(1)/(G)-(2)/(3)$
