for finding y intercepts, just plug 0 in x

the answer is y=4

Rearrange it to look like:

f(x) = mx + b

m = Slope
b = y - Intercept

Therefore,

f(x) = 4 - 5x
f(x) = -5x + 4

This means that the y-intercept of this function is 4.
