From the problem, we have 2 red cars, 2 green cars and 4 blue cars.

A total of 8 cars.

The probability is the event happening divided by the total events.

Devon and Akra need to drive a red bumber car, so the event happening must be red.

The probability that Devon will drive a red bumper car is 2/8

Now we have 7 cars left with 1 red car

The probability that Akra will drive a red bumber car is 1/7

Multiply the probabilites :

(2)/(8)*(1)/(7)=(2)/(56)=0.036

In percentage :

0.036 x 100 = 3.6%

The answer is 3.6%
