\begin{gathered} we\text{ have to look up the point that satisfy both inequalities, namely } \\ y<-x+4 \\ y>-3x-8 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{for (-10,10)} \\ 10<-(-10)+4 \\ 10<14 \\ \\ 10>-3(-10)-8 \\ 10>30-8 \\ 10>22 \\ \\ \text{ The points doesn't satisfy the 2nd inequality!} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{ Now, let's see if (11,-10) satisfy the inequality!} \\ -10<-11+4 \\ -10<-7 \\ \\ -10>-3(11)-8 \\ -10>-33-8 \\ -10>-41 \\ \\ \text{ we see that the point (11,-10) satisfy both inequalities! } \end{gathered}

The answer is C) (11,-10)
