g=gum c=candy 2g+3c=3.25 4g+c=2.75 c=2.75-4g 2g+3(2.75-4g)=3.25 2g+8.25-12g=3.25 -10g=5.00 g=0.50 c=2.75-4(.50) c= 2.75-2.00 c=0.75
