well to find the percent i first turned it into a simplified fraction
to do that i reduced it so 15/5=3 25/5=5 so it would be 3/5
then i figured out what was one fifth of 100=20
then i multiplied 20*3=60
so the percent of 15 out of 25 would be
60%!!!!!!!!! :)
