\begin{gathered} m\angle ACE=(1)/(2)(AE-BD) \\ 24=(1)/(2)(73-BD) \\ 2\cdot24=(1)/(2)(73-BD)\cdot2 \\ 48=73-BD \\ 48-73=73-BD-73 \\ -25=-BD \\ BD=25 \end{gathered}

answer: BD = 25°
