okay so 5/5 is a whole so it equals 1 or 100% but 9/10 is 0.90 not a whole and is 90% Understand? lets say you had two tests. one test you got 5 out of 5 and got 100% and in another you had 10 questions and got 9 correct getting 90% the first test you had a higher score
