a)

Equation


\begin{gathered} 14400\text{ = }\pi r^2 \\ 14400=3.14r^2 \end{gathered}


\begin{gathered} \text{ r = 14400 / 3.1416} \\ \text{ r = 4583.65} \\ \text{ r = 67.7 ft} \end{gathered}

b)

diameter = 67.7 x 2

= 135.4 ft

c) Circumference = 2pi r

= 2(3.1416)(67.7)

= 425 ft
